Über Mich Alexander Luger
About me

In my career I combine my passion for sport and adventure with my professional development as a psychotherapist. My name is Alexander Luger, BSc, and I started my career studying sports science at the University of Innsbruck. During my time as an athlete, I particularly dedicated myself to alpine climbing, which took me on exciting travels around the world and allowed me to explore different cultures and landscapes.

After many years in competitive sports, I decided to pursue studies as an existential analyst and began my career as a psychotherapist.

My own experiences in climbing have shown me the importance of resilience and self-reflection in overcoming challenges. I understand the significance of gaining a better understanding of oneself and utilizing personal resources to foster personal growth.

As an empathetic and respectful therapist, I create a safe space in which my clients can speak openly about their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to assist you in finding your own answers in life and developing a free approach to your challenges.
