Setting:

The therapeutic work takes place in both individual and group sessions in person and is aimed at teenagers/adolescents and adults.
If necessary, a discussion session can also take place online.

Initial consultation & start of therapy:

• The initial consultation lasts 60 minutes to give you enough time to get to know each other.
• The subsequent therapy sessions usually last 50 minutes and take place while sitting.
• After the initial consultation, it makes sense to arrange a fixed date for further therapy sessions, which usually take place weekly. Individual time arrangements are also possible.
• In the initial consultation, the fee conditions and payment options are discussed. Please note that no reimbursement of costs by health insurance companies is currently possible. If you have private health insurance, it is possible that your insurance will cover the costs of psychotherapy.

Appointments & cancellation policy:

• If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, please let me know immediately.
• Postponements or cancellations should be sent via email alexander@psychotherapie-luger.at possible at least 24 hours before the appointment. After that or in the event of no-show, the fee will be due.
• Please understand that missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. In order to avoid misunderstandings, I ask that you cancel in good time by email.
